I gave him a call and he came out to survey the situation and give us an estimate. Having talked with a couple of other contractors, I felt very comfortable with the Nelson company. They were very professional, they showed up on time every time they said they would be coming out. “Yankee remodeler was called to give a quote to find out how much a leak repair would cost. We had a contract to include taking off siding and to trace the leak. When one of the staff showed up and looked at the job he said it was not the siding but a pipe on the roof. They made the repair and worked great. Cost has 1/3 the original estimate. We had them come pack and repaint the ceiling where the leak had caused paint damage. Still less then the original estimate. They are coming back next month to replace the older windows in the house. I would HIGHLY recommend them.”
