“Yankee remodeler was called to give a quote to find out how much a leak repair would cost. We had a contract to include taking off siding and to trace the leak. When one of the staff showed up and looked at the job he said it was not the siding but a pipe on the roof. They made the repair and worked great. Cost has 1/3 the original estimate. We had them come pack and repaint the ceiling where the leak had caused paint damage. Still less then the original estimate. They are coming back next month to replace the older windows in the house. I would HIGHLY recommend them.”

“Had major water damage from a plumbing issue. It was difficult to find a contract that wanted to come out and give an estimate. A coworker of mine had recommended Ted Nelson and his company. I gave him a call and he came out to survey the situation and give us an estimate. Having talked with a couple of other contractors, I felt very comfortable with the Nelson company. “I hired this company to do kitchen cabinet refacing based on the high recommendation of a neighbor who is a contractor and who worked for MRD Woodworking in the past. The owner came to my home and then invited me to his very well organized woodworking establishment in South Kingstown, RI. The shop was clean and I go got pick out the cabinet design. The in shop consultation was very helpful, as I could observe the quality of the products that would be used. I also had a special stain color that I wanted for my base cabinets and the company matched it perfectly. The crew was on time, neat, very polite, and personable. Communication with the owner was good, as was clean up by the crew at the end of the day. I was very pleased with the end result and really do now love my kitchen. I would highly recommend them.”
