“We are extremely thrilled with our new kitchen! We have an ever-expanding family and needed to make room for a 10 foot dining room table. Jason came out and helped us articulate the many options that we were considering. He was very patient. We started thinking in April of 2023 and, through no fault of his, took about a year to realize our dream. We ended up having him replace the load-bearing wall between the dining room & kitchen with a beam, and he built a large island, a custom pantry, and managed the installation of the hardwood floors to match the 'other half' of the downstairs (which had been installed 30 yrs prior). All the while Jason gave constructive suggestions to our ideas, being mindful of our budget and listening to our 'not often clear' priorities. It was a collaborative, creative, and rewarding process that we'll forever be grateful for. The quality is stunning and it was on-budget. We can't recommend Jason and his crew more highly. Wes and Matt were terrific in easing our minds about some of the intricate details of structural integrity and electrical work, and the entire team were most respectful of our schedule and impact on our daily routine. The recessed lighting that was installed throughout the first floor really brightened up the space. We learned about Ryson from a friend who is also highly satisfied with their kitchen and house renovation.”

Details on my review: We interviewed over 15 different companies from individual tradesmen, to well-known companies (both on TV commercials as well as magazine advertisements). We received a lot of mixed reviews from different websites and friends. For us, hiring someone to work in our home is very personal and whoever we chose had to have integrity, remodeling/construction experience, listening skills and a good reputation. Lee (Timber Creek Construction, LLC), definitely fit the bill! We are so glad that Lee has an eye for design because I needed a lot of help with selecting everything from floor/wall tiles, etc. and different types of accessories. I knew what I wanted the end project to look like and grateful that Lee had vision to see my thoughts through to fruition. Lee’s accommodation to change and willingness to work with our tight schedule was a relief for us. He had a great team that was just as flexible. I say this because, I had a design change three days into the project. It wasn’t an easy task, it was a bit complicated (moved my closet door and close/open up another doorway) and they made it happen. Every morning someone laid a drop cloth and plastic as a walking path from the front door to the bathroom and every evening, they picked up the walkway and cleaned up. Each one of them respected our home and did everything possible to keep the area as clear and clean as possible. Yes, the project had a few delays however, it was due to things beyond anyone’s control (product delivery and/or weather). Through it all, Lee kept us informed and we were always on the same page. We are so grateful to have had a wonderful experience with a contractor and team who were highly professional and detailed in their trade, showed respect and possessed integrity! “Based on the recommendation of a neighbor we contracted with Joe Gregory to manage the major renovation of our home in 2014/15. The components of our extensive project included the complete gutting of the existing kitchen, media room, guest bath, and exterior multilevel deck, plus selective demolition in the master bath. The kitchen was totally rebuilt with new flooring, cabinets, appliances, granite counter tops, lighting, and significant expansion of the space with construction of three new bump-outs. A large (nearly 400 square feet) screened porch was constructed with multiple skylights, a mini kitchen with a built in gas grill, exhaust hood, sink and two gas burner cook tops. A large media/library room over the garage was completely renovated to include foam insulation in exterior walls and ceiling, new lighting, bookcases, and a mini kitchen entertainment area with a bar sink. The guest bath was renovated to include replacement of the tub with a new shower complete with a glass door and glass partition, new porcelain plank flooring, a vanity, lavatory, toilet, and lighting. A new floating vanity, double sinks, lighting, linen closet door and a new toilet were installed in the master bath. The extensive nature of our project and the fact that it encompassed all areas of our home while we were still living in it made this a very challenging project for any contractor, but it was made even more challenging with the fact that my wife is an architect with a very critical eye who was present every day overseeing the project. We are extremely satisfied with the results of the project. Joe Gregory and his crew and subcontractors did excellent work in every aspect of the project. The craftsmanship was excellent as was the attention to detail. They made certain that work areas were clean after each day's work.
