“Landi from Zani Construction is wonderful to work with. Very understanding, supportive and accommodating throughout. Performed basement renovation and bathroom buildout. Great workmanship and worked with my needs and schedule as we were moving in to our first home. Easy to reach whenever we needed to talk or review something on-site.”

“Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”

“Rich Roepnack: After a Christmas Holliday in the mountains we returned to our home in the West Village and discovered a hot water pipe had burst under our tiled living room floor, we need help fast & Rich Roepnack helped us organize and execute the deconstruction of the damaged floor coordinated with plumber and installed new Mexican Saltillo tiles in the whole living room. This project then prompted us to look for a new kitchen at the same time. Sine we wanted an open kitchen living room solution we discussed with Rich who guided us to an efficient, practical and very happy solution for us. We chose Ikea kitchen cabinets, high end Miele appliances and a corian countertop. One of the genius things Rich installed was electrical outlets immediately under the kitchen cabinets hidden from view, behind an 2 inch aluminum bar/list. As a backsplash he helped us design and create custom made concrete tiles with a finish that is super East to clean. We have had the privilege to work with Rich on big and small projects and we could not ask for a better partner both when it comes to expert executions and invaluable creative & practical input. Thanks you Rich!”

“After purchasing our first home my wife and I hired Juliano and his company for a complete overhaul of the electronical system in our 2-family dwelling. His company also refinished/stained the hardwood floors in our living room, completed a bathroom, built an exhaust vent in my kitchen, and revamped an outdated plumbing system. Juliano was cordial and easy to work with throughout the process. He provided in-depth explanations of the work being done and even gave our family options with much of the decision making process as we contracted each portion of the job. All of Juliano's workers were respectful and it was pleasure getting to know each of them on a personal level. Not only was the job completed with care and excellence but Juliano's pricing was fair and competitive and completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for home improvement and/or construction.”
NYTDR New York Total Damage Restoration

“Our home had significant flood damage in July of last year. We decided to meet with three contractors who could help us assess the impact and advise on next steps regarding insurance. The first two told us the same thing. They explained that while the damage looked and felt significant, no insurance company would ever agree to pay enough to hit our very high deductible. They said that taking our job would be a waste of their time and ours. Because of this we were pessimistic when going into the conversation with the third contractor, Perry from NYTDR. But his attitude was different from the first two companies. After he assessed the damage, he told us he would help us get the coverage we deserved. He helped us negotiate with the insurance company until they rightly agreed to cover more than double our deductible, which paid for everything that we needed to do to get our home to shine like it did before the flood. We were thrilled! We began the work, and we were ready to close this otherwise traumatic chapter of our lives… but at the start of September we flooded again. And this time it was worse. Insurance refused to play ball, but Perry helped us work with them until we got what we deserved. It took a lot of patience as this process lasted a few months, but Perry never let us give up. In the end, we were able to settle with the insurance company at a price that covered all of what we needed. The work that NYTDR did was beautiful. Steve and his team paid attention to every single detail – the craftsmanship is remarkable. Our house feels like a home again and I know that it wouldn’t have happened without NYTDR. Throughout the process everyone at NYTDR was responsive and professional. They hit deadlines and sat through countless conference calls and adjuster meetings. They worked with us to solve any problem until we were satisfied.”
