“I have had Sean Patrick Builders complete several projects for me. Every time I am blown away by the professionalism, punctuality, cleanliness, and overall product that Sean delivers. The first project was a bathroom remodel. I have an older home, and Sean took special care to make this newly remodeled space tie in with the existing home's architectural detail. The project was quick, and clean, and my wife and I joke about how our bathroom is the nicest room in our home. The second project Sean Patrick Builders worked on for me was the complete renovation of two apartment buildings. The project was finished before the deadline, and under budget! I couldn't be happier with the results.”

“We hired this firm 20+ years ago to put our addition on, and they were wonderful to work with; we decided to go with them for a total kitchen/living room/entryway renovation; wish we would've gone with them for our bathroom and roof. Eric, Scott and his crew have gone over and above what has been expected, and the job isn't even finished yet. My husband is home on disability due to cancer, and they have made sure that while tearing out the walls and floors of our 85 year old home that his health and well-being has been foremost, which is a GREAT comfort to me as I work a full time job. They have discovered and repaired some of the MAJOR mistakes made by our previous contractor (hot wires left in the ceiling for one) and when our plumber fell through (a family member) they didn't even stumble, just kept on going. --With some of the things they've discovered, I've felt a number of times like I was on one of the television shows that chronicle the horrible contractors out there and how they are repaired by one that is reputable. Currently the job is a little more than half way done, just days before Christmas, and I am LOVING the results, and their determination to have our home ready to celebrate the holiday. I really can not say enough about this company and this crew--they are a shinning example of an ethical contractor and not just someone who is out to make a fast buck at someone else's expense.”
