“Our garage addition started off terribly with another contractor doing a very poor job leveling the foundation walls for the garage. Then 8Fold Contracting came and were able to masterfully work around the mistakes the concrete guys made and built a beautiful garage addition that looks original to the house. I am very particular with how I want things done and Chris and his crew did a fantastic job! My wife and I are so pleased with the job that they did that we have recently contacted them to discuss another renovation project we are hoping they can help us with. Our only regret is not knowing about 8Fold Contracting in time to hire them to do the entire garage addition. We would highly recommend 8fold for any project you may have.”

“I did a few projects with JH Improvements and I am very happy with the job and service I received. Eugene and his crew are very professional and well experienced. They helped me a lot with design and planning process, his recommendations were spot-on and helped me save time and money. Level of craftsmanship and all finishes are amazing. “Total gutting of kitchen, new powder room and closet in front hall including all electrical and plumbing, painting several rooms and repair of incidental plumbing issues elsewhere. The workmen were superb from start to finish. They were on schedule and responsible. The workers always made sure that the work site was left clean and orderly and even though we remained in the house during the renovation they made sure it was as livable as possible. Dragan was an absolute gentleman in all regards: easy to talk to, always returned calls in a timely fashion and was always calm and able to find solutions to unexpected problems. The project came in on budget and and also time. I have absolutely no complaints about the work and would have no hesitation to recommend Ivic construction and would definitely refer him to others. I have used other workmen in the past for a variety of renovations and have always had issues but this project was the largest yet most satisfying mostly because of the construction group. ...
