“I have used Iron Rose for two projects. One project was a rebuild of my deck at home. They were professional, polite and a highly skilled team. They offered me options and consulted me every step when I asked for changes. They came in worked, cleaned up after the project. One of the best construction group I have ever worked with. The second job was painting a semi commercial historical building inside and outside. It was a major undertaking and they paid attention to detail and I believe went beyond what was bargained for in the contract. Attention to small details mean a lot and the painting crew and the job supervisor were the best. Pricing for both jobs was well below other estimates.”

“Nightingale Co. performed outstanding work on our remodeling of two bathrooms, enlargement of hallways and stair landings, and finish carpentry work. Their highly skilled team of craftsman worked efficiently and precisely to make the aesthetic changes of the job match the existing Tudor design of our home. They took great effort to creatively design the elaborate trim re-work to match the existing trim. The enlarged hallways and stair landings appear as if they were originally built. In one bathroom, their skilled carpenter and painter transformed a simple "stock cabinet" into a beautiful, custom vanity that has the appearance of fine furniture. Both bathrooms reflect the high quality of the original builder. Nightingale Co. arranged for all trades and efficiently progressed through the construction process.
