“Nightingale Co. exceeded our expectations! As a realtor and investor, I have worked with several contractors and subcontractors. From past experiences, I had very little faith in the industry as I found myself managing each person myself to ensure the work met my (high) standards. We hired Nightingale to remodel our home from floor to ceiling. Throughout the entire project, I did not feel a need to manage, check in on, or question them. Every one of the employees and subcontractors were kind, clean, professional, and highly skilled. The owner, operations director, and superintendents were there daily to offer "white glove service" to the project. Our home had several motivated individuals working 8-10 hours Monday-Friday from beginning to end of project. From woodwork, to custom cabinetry, to paint, our home has been seamlessly transformed with an unrivaled attention to detail. Nightingale Co is extremely high level and therefore they get my highest level of recommendation!”

“We were very satisfied with Justin. He was courteous and friendly. He came by to look at the project and gave us a quote the next day. He was able to fit us in the following week. The project included repairing a rotted second floor balcony. The project was done in 2 days. The balcony looks great. We have been receiving compliments from neighbors and family. “Cordero and Corey did an excellent job on my bathroom. I wasn't sure about the design all I knew was this terrible pink had to go! Cordero went above and beyond helping me pick out items. Once demo began we encountered plumbing issues and old pipes. The team was able to assure me this would be no problem to fix. I am completely in love with my new bathroom (especially the Bluetooth ventilation system) and can't wait to have you all make my kitchen beautiful! Thank you for always showing up on time, cleaning up each day, and keeping the lines of communication open whenever I had concerns or a new problem occurred.”

“Where do I start! I interviewed a few different companies before I found Ariva and Co. and after reading the positive reviews I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Teresa about my project and after meeting her and Clint in person I just went with my gut and felt that this was the right company for us. I am so glad I did! We originally were just looking for a kitchen remodel but then added on a bathroom, foyer, and closets. They were very professional, respectful, insightful, courteous, and meticulous! We feel so lucky to have found them and are completely happy with the work done. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you Teresa and everyone that helped on our project!
