“Outside The Box Construction (OTBC) was hired to remodel my upstairs neighbor's bathroom due to the tile in the bathroom shower leaking water and staining my bathroom ceiling below. The first thing I noticed about OTBC during the upstairs remodel is how they cleaned up the stairwell connecting our units every day and were very polite and courteous as they were coming and going. I monitored their work upstairs as the project progressed and was so pleased with the results, that I asked them to give me a quote for a full bathroom remodel. The scope of work included: demoing the entire bathroom and replacing support beams under the floor that were rotted due to water damage which caused the floor to sag several inches, remove all debris from the site, install sheetrock and insulation, build a walk-in shower to replace my tub, tile the shower and bathroom floor with new tile, paint walls, install a new exhaust fan, install a new vanity and toilet and install all of the new bathroom hardware/accessories I purchased. In other words, do EVERYTHING! Also, the price was very reasonable, especially considering all of the different things they were required to do. Kris Walker was my main contact during the project and was very professional and always available to answer any questions I had. He was able to help guide me through the process from beginning to end. From purchasing the tile and hardware, all the way through to the construction/installation process. OTBC stuck to schedule they gave me for the project to be complete. This was very important since I could not live there until the work was completed because I only have one bathroom in my unit. Most importantly, my bathroom looks BEAUTIFUL! All of the workmanship is top notch and the tile looks amazing! The walk-in shower makes the whole bathroom look so much larger than it used to. I LOVE IT! I will definitely will use OTBC for my kitchen remodel!”

“JFS Construction built our custom home on Lake Oconee, Georgia. Mr. Jason Smith, owner, was very detailed oriented, was always on site, and listened to our concerns and suggestions. He was very patience, professional, and just an all round great business man. Our home was finished in 5 months and came in right on budget. We hired JFS Construction again in 2012 to complete a bathroom, wine cellar and mud room in our basement. Again, his company did an outstanding job. When we decide to complete the rest of our basement, we again we be calling JFS Construction to work with us.”

“It was a pleasure working with Estate Solutions, on finishing our basement. We were impressed from day one on the pace they moved. The project completed early despite the set backs of Covid-19. They prepared early for the virus by buying the remaining materials for the project. The workers were great at practicing social distancing and watching local guidelines. I'm grateful to have worked with a contractor that quickly responses to questions and concerns. When a concern did come up, they were addressed immediately. The general contractor consistently checked the work of subcontractors (throughout the day and periodically at the end of various workdays).
