“We decided to make our downstairs kitchen into a pantry/kitchen and are using The Bradburn group to make the upgrade. They have handled the relationship with the cabinet manufacturer, tiling supplier, electrician, stainless steel counter supplier etc. The guys have been respectful of our space and have been as clean as possible in a renovation situation. The subcontractors they have brought in are professional and keep us informed when unforeseen issues arise and we need to make decisions. The floor wasn't level and so we needed that handles first to ensure the tiles would be flat. The tile guys were great and exceeded our expectations on the workmanship. The cabinets are coming and we are including a cat drawer for the litter with an access hole to keep the panty area looking great. The designer has been great and deliver is a few days away and we'll do a further review for that. We would highly recommend The Bradburn Group for any kitchen renovation!”

“We hired Da Maren Renovations Inc. to move a door in an office from one wall to another as well as tear down a wall to create a locker room from two offices. They were quick, tidy, and excellent work was done. You would never know there was a wall between the two offices. You would never know there was a door in the main hallway of the one office. The job included tear out, dry wall, tape, mud, paint, steel door movement, trim, flooring. t The work was excellent.”

“Recently we had our bathroom renovations. It included removal of a tub and replace it with walk in glass standing enclosed shower. Also replaced the vanity counter top with a new sink and fixture which was custom made by them. My first contact was Simrat, she was very knowledgeable and knows what she's doing. She understood all my requirements and met my needs. The whole process was very stress free and completed when expected. I would like to acknowledge Simrat and Ron who were responsible for the renovation from start to finish. They were friendly, approachable and extremely hard working. I didn't need to pick the bathroom light fixtures and faucets myself as their taste is very elegant and affordable. Every detail was took care of. Thank you Simrat and Ron, I am very impressed and pleased with the results and would certainly use Mallard Homes INC. in the future. Already hired them for my ensuite bathroom renovation and kitchen. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.”

“It was mid November, we had permits, drawings and a framer (Andrew M.) lined up for our 500 sq ft addition above the attached double car garage. 2 days AFTER the framers were supposed to begin our demo/ build they backed out saying they should have never taken on our project because of how busy they were. My wife and I were in a panic because we had to search for a new crew to start our project. After reaching out to 20+ framers we found Elevation Builders based out of guelph. We had 10+ quotes from a whole batch of framers and Paul not only had the most reasonable price, but he could also begin our project within 2 weeks and complete it before Christmas. By trade, im a finish trim carpenter so I care about the fine details. The way Paul and his crew tied in the new addition to the existing part of the house was flawless. It was my biggest fear to have this addition completed and to clearly look like "an addition". Not here! His workmanship and quality is second to none. “Northgate Construction has two partners/owners, Mike and Tellen. They recently did all the construction work for our new kitchen install. They have the highest level of skilled workmanship we have ever seen. They tell you the day before what time they will be there, and they are there at that time! They give you a very detailed and itemized quote. As with any project sometimes things come up that are surprises to both the homeowner and contractor. They worked with us to try and find a cost effective solution to our problem. They are very, very good at their jobs. They know how to do many many things and are excellent at all of them. They have professional associates as well available if need be. Here is an example of their quality of workmanship. The ceiling had new pot lights added and they mudded and sanded the ceiling. Before painting they didn't like the finish, and redid the areas they were concerned about, creating a flawless ceiling in the process! We never even noticed (and we are very fussy clients!), but they did!! That is the difference, highest level of quality is important to them as well. Professional, Professional and very, very Skilled! Do not hesitate to hire this awesome team!! I doubt you will find better!!”

“Nick Savauge is exactly what you want in a contractor. He listens carefully to what you want, provides you confidence that he will figure out how to turn it into a reality, and his handshake is as good as any contract you could put in place. As our kitchen renovation got underway and the scope of the project grew, at no point did he say he couldn’t do anything. He was able to deliver on everything. Prior to picking a contractor, numerous friends and colleagues shared nightmare stories about their renovations and the complications they came across with the work and their contractor which made me nervous. I know that I am a challenging customer. My expectations are very high and I can be very demanding when it comes to quality. I was worried about our renovation and what might go wrong. Was the project done on time? No. Was the project without complications? No. However, the one thing that I absolutely have to praise Nick for was his ability to put the customer first. When things were encountered he was quick to acknowledge them and fix them. At no point did he try and convince me to settle for the current state of things. He always found a way to make things right and give us the kitchen we envisioned. You can put your trust in Nick to make good on his word. At the end of the day, that’s really what I believe people should look for in a contractor. Someone who you can share your vision with, trust implicitly to execute the plan, and have your best interest in mind throughout the project.
