“The entire life cycle of the project with Proof Contracting from quotation, to project close-out was exceptional. Renovation included full demolition and upgrades to upstairs bathroom ensuite and main floor laundry room. Adam was patient and professional throughout our many changes and provided prompt pricing as requested. Quotations were always well detailed and provided clear visibility to our many pricing options. Mobilization and planning included extra thought and care to protect our existing flooring by placement of floor coverings, and plastic barriers were installed to prevent dust from becoming airborne within the house. Demolition was fast which limited the construction debris to a short timeline. Materials and tools were always stored in an orderly fashion to prevent any tripping hazards or safety risks during non-working hours. Material deliveries were well organized to prevent any construction delays, and project was completed as per forecasted schedule. Selected Subcontractors were also professional and provided an excellent final product. The final renovation results exceeded our expectations and we have already contacted Proof Contracting for their second renovation project in our house!”

“We decided to make our downstairs kitchen into a pantry/kitchen and are using The Bradburn group to make the upgrade. They have handled the relationship with the cabinet manufacturer, tiling supplier, electrician, stainless steel counter supplier etc. The guys have been respectful of our space and have been as clean as possible in a renovation situation. The subcontractors they have brought in are professional and keep us informed when unforeseen issues arise and we need to make decisions. The floor wasn't level and so we needed that handles first to ensure the tiles would be flat. The tile guys were great and exceeded our expectations on the workmanship.
The cabinets are coming and we are including a cat drawer for the litter with an access hole to keep the panty area looking great. The designer has been great and deliver is a few days away and we'll do a further review for that.
We would highly recommend The Bradburn Group for any kitchen renovation!”

Also replaced the vanity counter top with a new sink and fixture which was custom made by them. My first contact was Simrat, she was very knowledgeable and knows what she's doing. They were quick, tidy, and excellent work was done. You would never know there was a wall between the two offices. You would never know there was a door in the main hallway of the one office. The job included tear out, dry wall, tape, mud, paint, steel door movement, trim, flooring. t The work was excellent.”

“Northgate Construction has two partners/owners, Mike and Tellen. They recently did all the construction work for our new kitchen install. They have the highest level of skilled workmanship we have ever seen. They tell you the day before what time they will be there, and they are there at that time! They give you a very detailed and itemized quote. As with any project sometimes things come up that are surprises to both the homeowner and contractor. They worked with us to try and find a cost effective solution to our problem. They are very, very good at their jobs. They know how to do many many things and are excellent at all of them. They have professional associates as well available if need be. Here is an example of their quality of workmanship. The ceiling had new pot lights added and they mudded and sanded the ceiling. Before painting they didn't like the finish, and redid the areas they were concerned about, creating a flawless ceiling in the process! We never even noticed (and we are very fussy clients!), but they did!! That is the difference, highest level of quality is important to them as well. Professional, Professional and very, very Skilled! Do not hesitate to hire this awesome team!! I doubt you will find better!!”

“It was mid November, we had permits, drawings and a framer (Andrew M.) lined up for our 500 sq ft addition above the attached double car garage. 2 days AFTER the framers were supposed to begin our demo/ build they backed out saying they should have never taken on our project because of how busy they were.
My wife and I were in a panic because we had to search for a new crew to start our project. After reaching out to 20+ framers we found Elevation Builders based out of guelph. We had 10+ quotes from a whole batch of framers and Paul not only had the most reasonable price, but he could also begin our project within 2 weeks and complete it before Christmas.
By trade, im a finish trim carpenter so I care about the fine details. The way Paul and his crew tied in the new addition to the existing part of the house was flawless. It was my biggest fear to have this addition completed and to clearly look like "an addition". Not here! His workmanship and quality is second to none.
If i need to hire for framing in the future, i wouldn't think twice and neither should you.
