“They gave me a 900 sqft 2nd floor addition with entire 1st floor alterations. This project included a kitchen, three baths, hardwood flooring, roofing, siding, windows, two decks, etc!! They also built a detached garage and took care of all my landscaping. The project was a huge success. They did what was promised and finished before the expected complete date. There price was fair and they stuck to it. There were no extra charges as the project was being done. They were on time, respectful, professional and pleasure to deal with. Everyone in their crew was excellent.”

“Without a doubt the best construction company, they made my kitchen just the way I wanted it, they followed my instructions and were very careful with my cabinets, I was very nervous about entrusting my kitchen to people I didn't know, but Karen made me feel calm by showing me that they do know what they are doing. The principal, Hasnain Nasir was not only passionate but he possess strong knowledge about construction and remodeling. His attention to detail and his efforts to build a great home is the best I've experience by far. He is also informed of the new technology to build Smart Homes. An excellent builder and remodeler if you're looking for one.”

“Hired this company for high end customized jobs: kitchen, bathroom (complete renovation) , hallway and office. It was done on time (no usual delays) and on agreed budget, no surprises. The team did plumbing and electric without using subcontractors which is positive too. I highly recommend this company.”

“UPDATE: Since I wrote this review last, I received a response from Gandalf Restorations owner, Alex, who was helpful in getting the issue resolved and cover the cost for the repair of the small chip in the stone. All's well that ultimately ends well! __________________________________________________________________________ We got our kitchen remodeled two years back through Gandolf Restorations. We originally chose them for their professionalism that they showed at the time of presentation. They also had a warranty for their service. Two years later my kitchen counter stone has a chip in it and inspite of approaching and respectfully writing to them more than half a dozen times the owner, Alex, has not responded after his first response. They do an ok job but needed to be micromanaged to get best results. I would not recommend Gandolf or any other business who does not stand behind their work! This is a tiny chip that could be easily filled and they could've saved their company's reputation but it's unacceptable to be non-responsive in a service based business.”

“Words cannot descrbie what an amazing job Primavera did in creating my dream kitchen. From start to finish, Joe and Alex were hands on and dedicated to fulfilling every aspect of this project. Designing a kitchen was all new to me and their guidance and expertise assisted me in making this as stress-free as possible. Instead of a traditional "cookie cutter" kichen, I wanted something very funky and unique and Primavera did not disappoint - as evidenced by the before and after pictures below. Every day I walk into my kitchen is a blessing and it starts my day off right!”
