If we wanted to make any changes he was very open to this. Arron's entire crew is very professional and friendly. Kelly, is also part of the Precision Builders team. She is absolutely fantastic and couldn't be easier to work with. She gave us so much help in the selection process, but always making sure to listen to our ideas. “My wife and I will soon move into our new Fairbanks Built home. This journey has been a wonderful experience-mainly because of Craig and his team. Since we are retired we have been able to spend a considerable amount of time at the site getting to know Craig and the very talented, creative, dedicated, and friendly professionals that make up Fairbanks Builders. They stayed on budget and when they had an idea that might exceed budget-they checked with us first. The quality of the product is very re-assuring. My wife and I almost feel like a part of the Fairbanks family. I am a fanatic when it comes to quality customer service. The Fairbanks team has that in spades which made this experience so enjoyable. I've been told by some that building a new house can be extremely pressure filled. Not with Fairbanks Builders!. “Winkel Design Forum designed a beautiful home to fit on a pie shaped lot with a 12 foot drop off 30 feet from the back of the house. They used the lot angle to create the same angle in the design of the house utilizing the lot angle down to within an inch of the legal setback. Others would have said the square footage we wanted could not be done!”

“Concept to Creation and, owner, Travis Boyle did an outstanding job with my kitchen remodel. Travis and his team were very professional, very knowledgeable and cleaned up daily before leaving. Travis informed us ahead of time of what work he would be doing and when and how long it would take. We appreciated the communication because a kitchen remodel was very disruptive for my family but Travis made it as pain less as possible. He did an outstanding job in installing the stone around our fireplace! We have had many compliments and we always give credit to Concept to Creation and Travis Boyle. Don Walsh, Cedar Falls, IA”

“Gary remodeled our screened in porch. He wrapped the old cedar supports in vinyl, replaced the screens with Ezy- breeze screens and windows, built a deck and stairs. He completed the project in a timely manner and kept the site clean. I plan on using Design & Build Remodelers in our future projects. Gary is precise, exacting and takes pride in his work. I have recommended him to friends.”

“Mike is the best part of building a new home! He is conscientious, hardworking, focused, smart, and he genuinely cares about the quality of home he is building. He also has built a great team to complete his projects, from hardworking men working directly for him to honest and hardworking subcontractors. He is also willing to 'think outside the box' when we have wanted to do something that he has never done before...and he will do it right, by doing research, making calls, creating mock-ups... He is the only contractor I would ever consider using...and to say this 2 years into a very complex project is really saying something! Mike Kinney is the best contractor in Iowa!”
