“Gander Builders was an exceptional choice for our custom home. Steve Lecas was extremely generous with his time during lot selection and the design process. During construction, Steve was incredibly responsive, oversaw every detail, inspired and encouraged creative ideas, and was always positve; he never cracked under the pressure we put on him. Steve's wife, Susan, was especially helpful in filtering for us the abundance of design choices and selections that go into a custom home. We could not have devoted the time to the selection and design process without Susan's tireless assistance and artistic input. “NewCastle Homes, LLC builds exceptional custom built homes. They worked with my wife and I throughout the entire process from designing the floor plans to choosing interior and exterior features. Budgets and timelines were established early and adhered to during the construction phase. Their eye for quality and detail was impressive throughout the building process. NewCastle went out of their way to make sure we received our true "dream house" that was promised early in the planning stages. They provided continuous communication and timely follow-up to any questions that we had. We have been in our house for 18 months and the compliments from friends and family continue on both appearance and quality throughout the entire house. Any issue that has come up after closing have been dealt with timely and professionally with no questions asked. “We began working with Janet Frasca of The Walker Group in early 2015 on some home modernization projects and have worked with her extensively over the past year on renovating our entire home after a house fire. Janet has skillfully guided us through projects that range from selecting fixtures, paint colors, flooring, bathroom tile, furniture, window treatments, and accessories, to working as our general contractor to reconfigure room layouts and oversee jobs like crown, kitchen cabinet, and light fixture installation, and painting the entire first level of our home. A natural born leader and innovator, Janet has confidently and efficiently led all of our projects and at the same time has never been above working with us on the nitty gritty details. “We started looking at builders to build our home in the neighborhood we were moving to. We are very happy we met Putman Builders. They worked with us while we were out of state then they had to deal with us on a daily basis when we moved into town while our house was being built. They were very patient with all of our questions, concerns, etc... Putman gave us a lot of options and even made changes from the orginal layouts they offered. We were extremely happy with all Putman employees and vendors/contractors. We have a Putman orginal and all their homes get customized to make sure everyone's homes are the same. They will work to make sure you are satisfied with the home you purchase or build! We would recommend them to anyone asking for a great builder.”

“This is the second time that Dean Jones and crew of Mirar Development has done a fantastic remodel job in our home. Several years ago they gutted our kitchen and rebuilt a beautiful functional kitchen for us. The job also included updating our powder room and foyer. We feel as though we moved into a brand new home. This past year they did a return appearance; this time redoing two bathrooms. They listened to our wants and needs. The workman were fantastic. Dean, Pat, and Rich did well thought out plans and carpentry work. The men that installed the tile were fantastic. Mike added such creative touches. The glass installers were great. We gave them the challenge of installing a product that they had not seen before. The plumbers and sink top installers were also top notch. Anthony, the painter, is a true artist. All were very professional and fun to work with. They are also very kind and thoughtful people. We definitely recommend Mirar Development Company.”
