“We used Golden Hammer for a total kitchen and bath remodel as well as some exterior siding repair, a new window, and replacing a sliding glass door with a window. We initially contacted a total of six different contractors in the Gainesville area and chose Golden Hammer because of their detailed, itemized estimate that made us feel they had a good understanding of what we wanted done. Shawn and Drew always returned our calls and emails promptly and were polite, professional, and respectful. We are happy with our new kitchen and bathroom and Golden Hammer helped make our new house feel like our home.”

“Mr Rodney Wade is one of the top custom home builders in Levi, Gilchrist and Dixie Counties in North Central Florida area. His experience building houses from the ground up to organizing and overseeing all the work and schedule pays off for us. We trusted him to build our home for our retirement in North Florida while we were living in South Florida, 350 miles away. He communicated with us daily, keep us up to date with information and photos and meet us on some weekend at the site to consul and advise us in the progress, materials and the area business and our community important locations. At the end of the job, he presented us a beautiful, cozy and practical place to live our golden years. “The Hernacki Company has been working in my "retirement" neighborhood for the past year, completing a variety of projects, large and small, creatively and conscientiously. We, 50 homeowners, have come to know the Hernacki team: Brandi, Theo, and Will. We feel so fortunate to have a crew that we know and trust, and do excellent work. It is a true gift for a group of owners, who are not as active as we once were and rely on services provided for us.
