“James and his son are very friendly and trustworthy. He has been working in the area for over 30 years and told me he worked with the builder that built my home in 1978! We found him on Angie's List and he had great reviews. He was the only person that provided me with a written quote of service and pretty much the only one that seemed willing and capable of taking on the task. Some of the other contractors in this area of the panhandle only deal with "million-dollar homes" and others seem to run contracting as a side-business (less focused). You can tell James like to work and he worked with us to get the job done even a few days faster than he estimated. The cost was agreeable and no additional costs were incurred. He stuck to the price, the timeline and his word. These are some of the projects he knocked out for us in less than a month. 1. Removed popcorn ceilings/retexture (1600 sq ft home) 2. Removed 3 walls and installed beam in attic which opened up dining room to kitchen and front door area. Relocated electrical outlets/light switches 3. Relocated and Installed new Eco/hybrid-water heater 4. Installed 3 ceiling fans/kitchen lighting/dining lighting 5. Installed new wood fence around back yard (at least 130 foot) and took down a few trees to make room.”

“We had a bad experience with another contractor scheduling and not showing to perform a time sensitive job (due to the property being a short- term vacation rental). The initial vendor had already scheduled twice prior and missed both scheduled times. He assured us her would show up so we decided we would give him one last try. Again, he no showed. We called Nail'd It, this company and they immediately came to the job site to assess what was needed. They went above and beyond in meeting us to pick out product and scheduled the job immediately. The job was more intensive in what was thought initially. They ended up working long hours to ensure everything was completed to the highest standards. They ripped out all flooring as needed, installed new sub floors, durarock, and tile and still finished by the deadline and we were able to reopen the property back up to vacation guests the very same day. They sent progress photos and left the job site clean upon completion. They truly are a cut above. Thank you Nail'D It!”

“We had a great experience working with K.W. during the construction of our home. Although we were at a bit of a disadvantage by being in the D.C. area while the home was being built in Florida, K.W. was responsive and easy to work with remotely. Their employees are top-notch, professional, and will go above and beyond to get the job done! K.W. builds a quality home, using quality products and professionals who are experts in their fields. The reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars was mostly because communication sometimes lapsed between us and the project manager, and we are still waiting for a few finishing touches to be provided although we've been in the house for over 2 months. Overall, they are a great company who really care about their customers and I would HIGHLY recommend them to someone looking to build a custom home. They have great vision, have been in the business for a long time, so they know what does/does not work, and they are patient with you throughout the entire process. We are extremely happy!”
