“I'm building a house with Dixon construction right now so this is in-progress. Jason Cloninger has been fantastic throughout the whole process. The house is coming along very well. The materials, construction, and finishes are all high quality at a super reasonable price. Highly recommended. I'll update when we're done in July or so.”

4 Forty Four

Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsJuly 26, 2013
“Working with 4 Forty Four has been one of the best professional relationships we've ever experienced. Kevin and his team strive for excellence in everything they do. They carefully listen to the client and truly care about every detail of the project, including fostering a great relationship with us. Kevin assigned us a spectacular project manager who is in touch with us every day to let us know where we are in the process, keeping us informed and at ease. They also provide weekly reports on our budget/expenses keeping us on track and within budget. Everyone warned us about the stress that comes with building our own home. I really believe with the right builder, a team like 4 Forty Four, stress can be minimal or avoided. The building process has been incredibly enjoyable thanks to 4 Forty Four. Also, their work is excellent. Visit their website to see the high quality craftsmanship they provide. www.4fortyfour.com”

“I used this company several years ago when I wanted our driveway paved with a stamped design. We get many compliments on the color and design. When I needed to replace our church steps due to rotten railroad timbers, I thought of this company that had done such a fantastic job at my home. They have almost finished this job, which entailed removal of the old timbers and uneven brick pavers, before they could pour the new steps. We had closed off the dangerous area that joined the upper and lower parking lots, so now we can finally use the upper lot!! Great job, Lisa and John!”
