“Tom Phenicie is a high integrity person, and this is the primary reason I hired him to build my home and every project needed at rental and commercial properties I own. I do not shop on competitive bids for my projects because there really are no competitors to Tom. Materials cost what they do regardless of the contractor so the only difference possible is the person on the job. My primary residence recently appraised at over 1 million, a 60% appreciation in 12 years! Quality that stands the test of time is why Tom is currently estimating a second recreational home in a neighboring state for my wife and I. We will have to pay more due to travel distance and out of state licensing, but frankly Tom is worth it. Cost figures below are for most recent commercial project.”

“My husband and I contacted Craig Construction for a renovation estimate on a house we were under contract to purchase. Craig and the excellent people he works with not only gave us a detailed, thorough estimate of the renovation costs, they also saved the lives of my entire family. They discovered that a mold problem in the basement was worse than it appeared. There were lethal levels of toxic mold spores throughout the entire structure, not just a simple basement fix as the listing agent indicated. Craig went above and beyond to help us get out of the contract. He has even checked up on us to make sure we're all on the mend and had visited the doctor. (Me, my husband, our 7 year old and 1 year old were all exhibiting symptoms of toxic mold poisoning. We thought it was just a nasty flu bug). All for a free estimate!!!
