Phil and his crew are great to work with and I would use them again and again! Our latest project was huge (a house built in 1780) and I knew I definitely was going to use Martelly Building & Design. “Keith and his team redid the outside of our 1916 Craftsman home. The workmanship was outstanding and Keith suggested many details that enhanced the house and restored it to its true craftsman beauty. The work was done on time and on budget. Keith is an excellent contractor to work with -- he totally got what we were trying to achieve and worked patiently with us to pick out the right materials and colors. The work included new cedar shingles, new window frames, new braces and woodwork, and new roof. Would definitely use Keith again.”
