We were nervous not being onsite to monitor progress and make sure all the details were making it into our dream home. Our project could not have been in better hands. She was responsive, patient and very easy to work with. Building a new home is a huge undertaking - they made it an exciting and very positive experience. “Muse recently completed my primary bath remodel. This was the best remodeling experience I've had, and I've had several. My bathroom project began with designer Katie listening to my desire for a perky bathroom space and creating a design with just the right look and products. She skillfully navigated supply chain issues that occurred during the project. Project Manager Vincent kept the project on track and kept me informed. The on-line logs and messages were really helpful. Vince and his assistant Victor were a delight to work with and I looked forward to their visits to my home. They were able to keep the dust to a minimum so there was not much disruption outside of the bath and adjoining bedroom, and my timid cat's life wasn't unduly disturbed. The subcontractors used for tiling, electrical and plumbing were professional and there was good communication between Muse and the subcontractors. I'm quite pleased with the people, process and results of this project.”
