Within the first two days looking at homes in my budget, I found a brand new home that was still under construction. Luckily it was towards then end of the build where I had a few options to choose from and give my home the touch I wanted. “Even being first time home buyers, it was easy for my wife and I to choose Omega Builders to build our first home. I grew up in an Omega home. My parents love their Omega and when they downsize in the next year, they are already planning to have Omega build their dream retirement home. My sister is also looking to build an Omega soon. Omega Builders is a great group of people to work with. We have even made some friends with the people at Omega. They guided us through the entire process flawlessly. We picked our neighborhood, floor plan, lot and all of the design features and ended up with a beautiful custom home. If we had concerns during the process, they were addressed immediately by the team. For instance, one year after we moved into our home I accidentally messed up the sprinkler system. We emailed Omega at 9pm with a question about our sprinkler system and within 30 minutes they had an Omega contractor out to look at it just to make sure everything was alright. We always recommend people looking to build a home to go with Omega. They build a solid, beautiful home. Every deadline they gave us was met from the pouring of the foundation to the closing date. The compliments we receive from our friends and family are never ending. We love our Omega home and will build with Omega again when we are ready to upgrade to a bigger space. “It is our pleasure to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Goodner Brothers Custom Home builders in Georgetown, Texas. After some problems with a different builder we were introduced to Paul Goodner and his family and we immediately knew that Paul was a person of great integrity and a man of his word. We found that when we talked to other residents everyone knew Paul and they all spoke highly of him and the quality he puts into every home he builds. We knew then that we wanted Paul to build our new home. Specifics: Quality: Goodner Brothers utilizes the highest quality components in the building process and employs only quality subcontractors who are highly competent and skilled in their respective area. Communication: Paul has a cloud-based web application that will track and monitor each step of the building process. You will know exactly the status of each step, including financial information through-out each step of your home build. You can also use this application for correspondence, photographs and even for warranty questions once your home is complete. This application greatly improves communication between all parties, eliminates any confusion and provides a tool that delivers maximum customer satisfaction. Integrity: Paul’s integrity is beyond measurement, his goal is to provide his clients with the highest quality, most energy efficient home possible. His concerns are not to maximize his profit, but rather to maximize the quality of your home. Change: It’s difficult to quantify the actual number of selections and steps involved in building a new home and as such it is possible that change(s) maybe required. This happened to us. Although we thought we had thought of everything we found that we wanted some changes made to the doors in the home. As the doors has already been ordered we were concerned that a change would be impossible. We mentioned this to Paul and were then pleasantly surprised. His took out his phone, made a call, told the door company to make the changes then turned to us and said “anything else”. The change was made. Cost: After the initial meetings with Paul, and then the architect, Paul submitted us with a proposal that outlined the entire build process, cost and payment structure. That cost was firm – it never changed. Paul delivered the home we wanted, on schedule and at the agreed upon cost. We highly recommend Goodner Brothers Homes. Paul, his wife Michelle and their two boys have a passion to build the highest quality home, and as Paul states in his video, “it’s an honor to build a person’s home”. If we ever decide to build another home we won’t hesitate to call Paul.”

“My husband and I spent over a year vetting builders-interviews, in person meetings, numerous calls, references, reviews, financials, checking buidler licenses. Name it and we checked it. We did this while living in another time zone which at times proved to be a challenge. Except with Riata. Jed (Builder) and his wife Carla (interior decorator) have made so many exciting changes to our floor plan design and are just as budget conscience as we are, as if it were their own home. How often does a builder recommend improvements to the floor plans, the quality, design, and at lower cost to build? It doesn't happen, not without costing you big for each change. He does not miss a detail. Our home is nowhere near their biggest project (probably in the small-medium range) but they treat us as if it's the most important house they're building. They are amazing to work with. Patient, ethical, creative, honest, and just good, fun people. My husband and I are having a great time working with them on building our dream home. Yes, non-stressful and fun. Just to be clear, the house is not completed. Plumbing was just installed and foundation is next, however, the entire process to date has been amazing. It looks like the lot next to us will also we be working with them. I'll keep you posted.”
