“I began my association with John, as project manager for my home, on August 7th 2012 with the building of my new townhouse. I found him professional, easy to work with and patient in answering questions for new construction. Each meeting about lay out of each room, choice of window placement, type of flooring, and placement of electrical outlets and etc. (as my first time building a new home) was a pleasant experience. Even after my home was completed, John still was helpful with different issues that occurred.”

“We had a great experience with Xpand in the building of our two-story deck. Andy, our Project Manager, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly during the entire process. He was quick to respond no matter how I contacted him (email, text or phone call) and ready and able to solve any questions I had. He worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and followed up to ensure we were happy with the progress and final product. We're extremely happy with the new addition to our home and spend all of our free time hanging out on it. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Xpand years ago!”

“The people at JB Woodfitter were so helpful, knowledgeable, and full of great ideas. They build million dollar homes and ours was on much smaller scale. However we received the same quality as the more expensive homes. They gave us suggestions for conveniences I never would have thought of. We get many compliments on our home from the finishes, to the quality of the concrete & plumbing. I would highly recommended them to anyone had and we are proud to be part of the JB Woodfitter family.”
