My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

“25:8 Research + Design designed my new 1500 sq ft house in 2012 in Ottawa, Ontario. The firm's team did an excellent job on the project. The house was a new build in an urban area, which required the demolition of my existing old house and a completely new redesign on a limited budget. The firm provided complete design and project management services and was very knowledgeable about the whole process. Their design team listened closely to my needs and the resulting design was an accurate reflection of the scoping conversations we had.. 25:8 sourced the contractors for the job and actively and competently managed them to ensure the house was completed to a high standard, on time and on budget. I moved in with my family in July 2013 and the house has already been featured in a local design magazine. I couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend this company.”

“Our main bathroom needed a complete overhaul. Kim and Greg met with us to discuss options and take measurements. Kim had the design, bathroom fixtures, paint and flooring samples ready the next morning for review. It was all perfect. Greg started the project when he said he would. He was always on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. Building permits and inspections, plumber and electrician appointments were kept on track through good communication. Greg’s workmanship is of the highest quality down to the smallest details. We love our new bathroom. Without a doubt we’d hire this dynamic duo again and happy to recommend them to anyone else.”
