“We were very pleased with Don and Tom. If not one, both Don and Tom were on the project daily. The whole planning of the house went very smoothly. The subcontractors were not only professional and friendly but their work was awesome! They approached their work as if they were working on their own home. They paid close attention to fine detail. They made excellent suggestions. Our house was finished on schedule inspite of the rain delays we had!”

“We have worked with this company for several projects concerned to structural engineering and architecture drawing. They are friendly working with us to provide different options, and then, discuss together to decide the best solutions for economics, construction methods and code requirements. We are satisfied with this way. Save money, easy to do. Also they have charged very fair price and finished jobs fast. Highly recommend to everyone”

“We've had a series of major renovations on our home and Mark has done the design/drawings for each phase of construction. We gutted a basement that required lowering the floor to get better ceiling height. We added a master bath/laundry upstairs. And most recently, we redesigned our kitchen and added a family room and office off the back of the house for a more open floor plan and additional living space. Mark did an excellent job of keeping the design in line with the look of the rest of the house, but the floor plan is more open which is hard to find in older homes (ours is close to 90 years old). We have loved the new addition and Mark did such a great job of figuring out what we really wanted and making it all work. I would highly recommend Mark for your next renovation or new design project!”
