“When I decided to be a general contractor on our own home I came at it with no prior building experience. That meant I needed accurate and very detailed plans. We paid around $3,000 to have them drawn up. Ryan's our son and was thinking of starting his own business so I asked him to look the plans over. He quickly found several major errors that would have spelled disaster had I tried to build from those plans. At the end of the day, I ended up having him re-do the entire plan. The house is built and is perfect. When subs came to me with questions I always answered, "just look at the plans" They weren't used to this level of detail and sometimes said, "it's not on the plan". When I told them to look again they always found it was there. When subs made mistakes the detailed plan always let me call it out and nobody could buffalo me. Yeah, he's our son and you may think I'm therefore biased but I'm telling you he saved us thousands of dollars and a boatload full of mistakes.”

“We needed help determining new, improved and safer stairway to our basement living quarters. We hired Latecia to help us solve this problem. We had an old attached garage sharing a wall with a badly and very small outdated kitchen. She gave us plans that have provided us with a sunny office/den area and beautiful larger kitchen. We now also have a safe and attractive stairway to our basement. Her conceptual design preserved the character and architecture of the exterior our home. Thanks Latecia!
