“Burlock Interiors had the pleasure of working with Quatrefoil on a designer showhouse in 2012. They installed a loft and all our wood paneling for us. It was then that we learned that they are general contractors of the highest caliber. This year, they invited us to style one of the kitchens they designed (and built) for a photo shoot. And it was the same thing. Amazing work. Our services certainly overlap. We design kitchens too! The point is, we know great work when we see it. If you want something beautiful in your home to show off to your friends and family, this company is one-stop-shopping. Seriously.”

“I called Scott at LTB Propoerties in a bind: the condo above mine had a significant leak which came through the ceiling in my unit's living room and brought half the ceiling down. I called Scott on a Thursday and he was able to get in there, inspect it, and do the demo work on Friday. By Monday, the sheet rock was hung and sealed, and by Tuesday, it was painted and looked like nothing had ever happened. Scott's responsiveness meant minimal inconvenience for my tenant. He was professional and extremely responsive, even helping me by providing before/during/after pictures for the insurance claim I had to make. Scott and LBT Properties came highly recommended by a friend, and I would DEFINITELY recommend him.”

He spent many hours listening to what we wanted to achieve and translating those ideas into plans. He also created custom cabinets and a huge island for us using materials that he recommended for our lifestyle and tastes. Highly recommend - will be using again!”

“Legacy and Chris's team did a great job with our renovation. Our job was significant including a complete update on all electrical, HVAC, plumbing, windows, bathrooms and with the addition of a new kitchen and modern spaces to an older home. Their attention to detail in the work and responsiveness throughout the project was appreciated. They had a daily foreman who was always available to discuss the work and options.
