“We hired Robbins Construction on two separate occasions. The house we purchased is older and not well taken care of by previous owners. We needed foundation support and entire floors rebuilt in half of our house, including both bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen. These were big projects and Steve was happy and willing to give me an estimate months before so that we could save enough. Each job took less than a week. We had the same crew for each time, which is great! We got to know the guys very well and knew they were familiar with our house and the work it needed. Robbins Construction is trustworthy, relaible and honest! We have a few more things to do to our house in the future and we would not trust anyone else to work on our house and any future home projects if we ever move. Steve has also been able to recommend other service providers when we have needed an electrician and a new hvac tech when ours failed to do a reliable job. I can always count on Robbins Construction!”

“I'd planned on having a home built for years , but had always heard the horror stories of how big a hassle it can be. Thomas & Tanya of OZ Homes, (formally Loreto Homes) put those concerns behind me. They were great at explaining the process to me in layman's terms, so I knew what was going on, And as I was still living and working in Kansas City, I could not come down that often during the week to monitor progress, but they kept me updated via phone, text and photos. If I found any miscues in the construction (which were few and minor) it was usually caught by them and being corrected before I could even point it out. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome and I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“When we were planning to build our home we interviewed and received bids from several builders. It was clear from our initial meeting that Terry was the contractor we were going to work with. He wasn't the cheapest, but we felt he was the best for our customized home requirements. His personal, hands on management style and the great relationship he had with past clients was clear when he took us to see 4 other homes he had built. Each of the homes were beautiful and as we asked specific questions Terry knew every detail about each home. Clearly he managed the details closely. Fortunately, we were able to visit with the homeowner’s during our visits. Each client was happy to see Terry and to share with us the results of their collaboration. It was clear that his past clients still had a good relationship with Terry and each of them told us about Terry’s expertise, approach to their project and the attributes that made him a good fit for building their home. We wanted to be very involved in our custom project and Terry was patient and worked with us every step of the way. We made changes to the scope, many of them, but it didn't bother Terry. He'd smile and always said OK, and then proceeded to provide ideas and alternatives to achieve our objective. One of the biggest things about working with Draper Construction is Terry’s honesty and integrity. He demonstrated these qualities early on and throughout the project. Since we live in another state, it was comforting to know we could trust and rely on Terry to watch out for our best interest. Another benefit to working with Terry is the fact that he is an expert builder. Knowing that he had extensive hands on experience, he started as a framer, made us comfortable that we’d not only have a beautiful home but one that was structurally sound as well. His expertise proved critical when we considered and ultimately made some pretty significant changes to the architects design. Throughout the project Terry was an excellent communicator via text, email or calls and he made himself available to provide updates or to answer questions we had. In the end, our home was delivered on schedule and within the agreed upon budget. Ultimately, we believe Terry was actually less expensive than the other bidders based upon the value we received, the personal attention to detail and the benefits associated with doing things right the first time. We highly recommend Terry and if we have an opportunity to work with him again we surely will.”

“Millstone Homes is a family owned business in Nixa, Mo. This company built our home, including our cabinets, and they also do remodels. They have do much integrity and the truly care about their customers. They stay beside you through the entire design and construction process and help guide you whe you aren't sure about how to design specific things. The home is solid & quality. They are picky about the subs they hire. We gained a nice new home and a friend with Mlllstone Homes.”

“Rick Ramsey owns Ramsey Building Company and builds an incredible home, but that's not the best part, you will have FUN during the design process and during the building process. Rick has an incredible staff of professionals that help accomplish impossible deadlines, prepare great budgets and strife to make the building process FUN! One such project that I worked on with Ramsey Building Co was a cottage located in the Wicklow Subdivision, located off Hwy CC in Nixa, MO. The timeline was extremely short and Rick and his staff always stayed positive and accomplished the deadline with a few hours to spare!”

“We had never built a home before, although we had refurbished several over the years. Consequently, one can imagine that when we decided to build our dream lake home at Table Rock we were more than a bit concerned about the process, especially since our main homes are in Houston and Wichita. We were truly blessed to have Rusty Prince as our builder. When we started the process we told him that we were building a home, not for resale or speculation, but to remain in our family for generations. He could not have taken our charge more seriously. Attention to detail, quality of work, communication, follow through; these are all great attributes of Rusty and his team. As the final result reflects that we had an outstanding builder, who also became our friend. We would be amiss not to mention that Rusty is only one-half of the story.
