“Jim Falisi and Justin remodeled my kitchen/dining room, they gutted my dining room and kitchen and made it one beautiful enormous kitchen. It is perfect, we love it! Their work was professional, showed up every day, work was completed much quicker than we anticipated. They cleaned up after themselves every day and there were no hidden fees, it was completed as quoted. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.”

“Rosauri Builders completed several renovations for me since 2006. We had a large addition put on our home, which included a sun room, a master bedroom retreat with vaulted ceilings and a veranda, an elevator, and a storage room in the basement. They renovated two bathrooms, the kitchen, and the family room. They added wainscoting and crown molding throughout the house, along with a coiffered ceiling in the family room. They completed all construction in a professional and timely manner. They worked hard to bring everything in on budget, and while construction can be stressful, worked hard so the renovations would not interfere with our everyday life. We have enjoyed the addition and renovations and were always pleased with the final result. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any future construction projects.”

He withdrew saying "your home is what it is, there's nothing that can be done to change it." Dakota Dawn gave us a whole new look with relatively minor exterior work. From cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, wall coverings and countertops coupled with a large selection of floor plans, we had a variety of choices in each category to truly make this home “ours”. “Starting in February 2015, my husband and I contacted the builder since we knew they were building houses in the Darley Green community. We made an appointment and spoke with both Amy Maluski & Whitney Wright, who made quite an impression with me! They were both kind, informative and above all -- HONEST. We made it very clear, upfront, that we had to move from our apartment in October and that we had a list of "must-haves". Both ladies went over the whole process and showed us the model home. We were FLOORED on how beautiful the townhomes really are and how much open space there is! We immediately put our deposit down, as we knew that Darley Green is where we wanted our FIRST HOME to be and we wanted Montchanin Builders to build it for us! Throughout the whole process (which lasted eight months), Whitney was in constant contact with us and answered any AND all questions that I had to the best of her ability. She went out of her way to actually go to the builders on our behalf to move up our settlement date by a couple of days, so we could have time to move everything out of our apartment. Please know that the builders did a fantastic job with our home and with the selections that we made (with Whitney's help), our home looks FABULOUS! I would highly recommend Montchanin Builders, the Darley Green community and above all Whitney Wright to help anyone out with obtaining a new home!”
