“Daniel J. Olson Construction remodeled our sunroom. They removed three large skylights, restructured the roof, insulated the sunroom, and reconstructed the inside. I found Daniel and his team to be very easy to work with, honest, and provided accurate estimates. The workers were wonderful and clean. They acted like they were guests in our home and always made sure they did not inconvenience us with the noise level. I am very happy with the work that was done and would definitely recommend Daniel.”

“Kyle (and his team) were very conscientious, responsive and overall had excellent subs that performed the work. We are extremely happy with our house and the quality of work that was done. While there were a few instances where we wished Kyle had given us his advice/recommendation on some of the design details, we also understand why he didn’t want to over influence our decisions. We spent a lot of time researching a contractor to use and read/heard of many horror stories/ bad experiences that others went through. We are happy to say that none of that occurred with Kyle and we highly recommend him as a contractor.”

“Equity Construction Northwest is one of the premier construction companies in the greater Spokane Area. Jay the owner built my house in 2010/11 which went on to win every category in the 2011 Spokane Home show. That about says it all. I have only had minor issues and he was there immediately and corrected them professionally. I am 62 years old and have contracted several houses constructed. I still have him over to the house for a drink. Most of you reading this ad will understand that most people that do construction don't ever want to talk to there builder again. enough said!”
