“PGC Building + Design did a great job on our home remodel. The owner Ed was able to take the general idea of what my wife and I wanted and steer us the right direction in all aspects of the project from start to finish. I think this was a very hard job because my wife and I disagree on home style and decor. Project costs were upfront and accurate, an honest. The the entire remodel progressed and finished on time. The finished product was amazing and helped us tremendously when we had to sell our home.”

“Update 7/2018 after our build: Our home is complete and truly beautiful! Nate and Janey Powell brought valuable expertise in many ways to make our project a success. They were creative in bringing us good options allowing us to stay within budget. They brought amazing design and finish ideas, giving our home a “wow” factor beyond expectations! They found a huge timber with bark on it to use for the powder room countertop - gorgeous and one of a kind. They created a custom backlit metal and barn wood ceiling inset above the island - amazing! Too many other special touches to list here, and they made it all happen within budget! We just could not be happier with the whole process - the Powell’s are real pros, also honest and fun to work with!! Review during our build: After interviewing several area contractors, we selected Powell Builders to design and build our new custom home. As part of the process, we toured several gorgeous Powell homes and even met the homeowners - all highly satisfied clients. We live a distance away, and Nate Powell has made this process seamless for us, even from afar.
