Communication skills are excellent and since this is the fourth house we've either built or remodeled, we should know. The goal of the company is to help you visualize what the house will look like, your options, how it will set on the lot, and what finishes would look best for the type of house you are building and your budget. “We hired this company in 1991 to custom build our 3200 square foot home. This is a family owned business and at that time was owned and operated by Mike Ritzman's mom and dad. They were terrific. They were on time, they were pleasant and they even returned some of our money. In the ensuing years I have had them remodel a rental property I have, plus a $30,000 repair when a large tree fell onto the roof. A couple of years ago I had them build a custom garage of about 1550 feet. This is the $50,000 - $100,000 listed in this review. Once again they did it on time and on budget. I wouldn't go anywhere else for work, whether new construction or a remodel.”
