“My husband and I bought a home for our family and knew we had to make some changes to better suit our family and make it more functional. We had a very tight timeline and like most people, a budget to work within. From the moment we met with David and Jason we knew we were in good hands. What really stood out to us from the first meeting was how attentive they were to our needs and wants. They spent most of the meeting learning about us and reasons behind the project to better understand and help guide us. Their "Project Planning Phase" to us is the only way anyone should build or renovate. We were able to look at different options to ensure we maximized every aspect of our renovation, while fitting within our budget. The key takeaway form this phase was that we had an accurate budget and schedule before we ever signed a Construction Contract! Once the renovation began, it didn't matter who we had helping us. Whether it was our Project Manager Jake or the rest of the team that came to help when needed. They were all so attentive to our concerns and questions. The level of communication by the Alair team is unmatched! Their trade team are all so gracious and kind, but most important have the quality of work to back up all those qualities. I could go on and on about how great our experience was, it was not without it's issues like all renovations or builds, but it was never a worry with the Alair Team as they always had a great solution to every problem. It was a truly amazing experience and redefined our expectations of what a renovation should feel like. Thank you to everyone at Alair Homes Team for your amazing efforts, we will ONLY be using you and recommending you moving forward.”

“Excellent workmanship, very helpful designer on staff with great ideas. Their motto is "done right...on time" and they stand by it. Project came in on budget (other than changes we requested along the way) with no surprises. We lived in the home during renovation and contractors were courteous and accommodating. Would use Slotegraaf again for future projects and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.”

“Sutcliffe Homes provided concept design to final building inspection results for our family home in a rural area. Sutcliffe's team provided hands-on management and trade skills through the entire process. There were many challenges with permits, conservation authorities and timelines but our family was able to move in on time and on budget. What was exceptional was the level of detail for some aspects of the project, the quality of trades deployed, the little "nice to haves" in design and the knowledgeable consultations that were on-going through out the entire project - we were very happy with the outcome and had many compliments on the homes design and construction.”

“Scott and Galen are great to work with! The right blend of professional, fun and knowledgeable all rolled into one. Our reno could have made a mess of the rest of the house, but their sectioning off and daily complete clean up of the work area was immaculate! I missed them when they left actually and the project turned out amazing. Highly recommend for their craftmanship, work ethic and overall good guyness :) And they love dogs so.............”

“While I seldom write reviews, the outstanding work that New Vision did on my basement does deserve it. Not only did the issues we had since moving into the house get resolved, but now our basement is my favourite place to hang out. My initial idea was a bit different than what Daniel recommended, and fortunately I followed his advice. I cannot say how happy I am with the finished product.”
