“I hired CEDB to do a complete remodel on my kitchen. I have nothing but high marks to say about Susan. She is excellent in her communication; very prompt. She is very capable to handle all the decisions for a project if that's what someone wanted but she is also happy to collaborate and incorporate the owner's ideas. She has a great rapport with the sub-contractors and works with them often which results in high quality work in a timely manner and the finish work actually gets completed! Compared to when I acted as the contractor for a previous kitchen remodel i can say that hiring CEDB made it so much easier.”

“Lisa and Paul’s work is spectacular! I got my laundry sink converted to a dog wash station and the end result is beautiful. The work is very clean and of high quality at a very reasonable price. I really enjoyed working with them both. I always feel a bit skeptical starting construction projects because I’ve experienced bad contractors who Change Order you to death or have lack of integrity but not with Lisa and Paul. They were very honest and transparent, used open communication about progress/timeline which I appreciated a lot. I felt like I was in great hands throughout the entire project. Overall, I had an exceptionally good experience and would definitely use Ybarra Services for more home improvement projects again.”

“Impluvium listened to my spiritual desires to create a contemporary space that made guests feel instantly welcome while providing function for everyday life. I described a desire that my home subliminally feel like a space where East meets West. Many visitors comment on how "happy", comfortable, and Zen like my home is. Mission accomplished thanks to Tim Haley! The project involved an extensive remodel of my 3 bedroom/2 bath townhouse inclusive of footprint expansions (addition of ~75 sq. ft.), relocation of all plumbing and electrical, removal of demising wall, new windows, doors and skylights, and creative solutions designed to maximize space. In particular, Impluvium not only designed an aesthetically beautiful ceiling in the great room, but it also provides layers of light for multiple uses at all times of the day and night, functionally it is a chase which delivers the in-home sound system and HVAC system, and it masks the new structural beam required when the demising wall was removed. The accuracy and completeness of Impluvium's design and architectural drawings were instrumental in expediting HOA approvals and permits.”
