“Full basement and bath remodel. I have been looking for remodelers, and found many who were extremely expensive and not flexible in the work I wanted and didn't want. Two contractors actually tried to make me believe I had to tear down the entire basement in order to get permits. My family does electrical contracting...I know this is not true. As a single woman, I found many contractors tried to use this to their advantage. I have some knowledge and have read many articles, especially ones on the Houzz site. This company was professional, efficient, courteous and definitely reasonable in price. The work look fantastic!”

“Grand Home Solutions, Inc. just completed the oversight and carpentry work on a rehab project for me which included a new kitchen and two and one-half baths and the building of a carport. The project converted a two family flat into a one-family residence. The finishes were beautiful. All new doors, windows and woodwork were installed. Grand Home Solutions was very timely and responsive. The home was put on the market and sold quickly.”

“We hired Onesta to completely redo a small bathroom after the shower started to leak. Rick met with us promptly (some other firms we contacted took weeks to respond) and impressed us with his thoroughness and knowledge. He explained why we should use particular products to ensure a waterproof bathroom and provided an extremely detailed proposal. Between the age of the bathroom and the potential for water damage, we decided on demolition down to the studs and starting over. The only thing not replaced was the tub. Fortunately there wasn't any water damage, however, there were a few hiccups along the way that Rick dealt with quickly and professionally. Rick and his workers, either direct or subcontractors, were courteous and on time. We are completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the attention to detail throughout the process.”
