“Soon after meeting with Mitch, giving him a vision for our home, we rolled open his plans and immediately said "Absolutely Perfect!" That describes every day of the building process with Mitch. You will not find better! His design, overseeing of building process to make sure everything is done to perfection, materials that are top quality, and you get into your home when promised! His eye for design is incredible; he has one-of-a-kind touches, textures and character, that make a home unique, elegant and at the same time warm and welcoming. I cannot recommend him more highly! Unusual to find someone so driven to perfection, with personality that is a pure delight to work with. His knowledge and passion is unmatched. If you trust him with your vision, he makes an even better dream come true. This is the fourth home we have built, (the first with Mitch) and no one comes close to his giftedness, expertise, attention to detail and results. “Chad designed my house to fit the site, resulting in a structure which appears to have risen from the surrounding prairie. My wish was for a small (by current standards) house of 1700 sf, which I have discovered is still more than I really need, thanks to Chad's ability to design an exquisitely simple floor plan that charms one's senses by continually revealing wonderful views; either of nature or an exceptional architectural element. Feng shui principles used in the design contribute to a feeling of peace and harmony. A pivoting bookshelf in lieu of a door provides privacy in the office when necessary. Pivoting doors in other areas allow the ceiling to flow, uninterrupted by traditional doorway framing. These features typify Cantilever's philosophy of creating beautiful and functional spaces. Cantilever's expertise is also evident in the renovation/remodel projects they have completed.”
