The first meeting setup was quick, there was no pressure and I felt that I’m dealing with a professional with a wide experience right away. After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room. “We have done 2 remodels with Potter Construction. The last was very complicated involving many engineering challenges adding a second story to a house not designed to cary the load. While difficult and with us living in the house too Potter Construction made a successfully completed our house which we get many compliments on. Many have said it does not look like an addition but looks like it has always been that way. That was a major concern of ours and a design priority. Potters design staff and crew litterally worked out a plan in and around us to give us our dream house. they are up to difficult challenges. Highly recommended.”

“A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. I had bought all the materials and the local Schleuter dealer recommended J&C Contractors. J&C complied with all my requests with professionalism and respect. The work was completed timely and in a manner consistent with my needs and at a fair price. Thank you J&C for the great work and it was fun to get to know Juan and Edwardo.”

“We just completed a laundry room/ half bath remodel. I have to give the highest recommendation to our contractor Edward and his company Builder Land. "I ended up getting five bids for my laundry room/ half bath remodel. Builder Land was almost the last. Edward, the owner, was the ONLY ONE who recommended tearing up the old flooring down to the subfloor! All the others were pitching slapping another layer on top of what was the existing flooring! Which turned out to be two layers already. We initiated this remodel because the old toilet had leaked. So I really wanted to see the condition of the subfloor. There ended up being only minor damage and it was easily repaired. Wouldn't of happened with the other contractors. That was a BIG deal to me. The next defining aspect was the detail of the bid. Only one other contractor came close to the detail and clarity of the bid. We selected the cabinets, vanities and countertops from a list of vendors that Edward gave us. He verified all measurements and placed the order. We received a copy of HIS bill and payed no markup. We order all the faucets, laundry rack, towel ring, toilet, medicine cabinet and had them delivered. So once again no markup. The result of this a final project cost that was $11,000 lower than the next closest bid. I'm not a guy who goes with the lowest bid. But the clear presentation of the estimate detailing labor and specifics for each aspect of the project gave me a degree of confidence. Builder Land was ready to go in a few weeks. The work was completed in 10 work days. The construction quality and detail was excellent. My ONLY challenge was a degree of communication difficulty with the on-site workers. Ukrainian immigrants who spoke English to a degree meant that more complex discussions were conducted with Edward, the owner, during his frequent job site visits to make sure we were all on the same page. The workers were hard working and diligent with annoyingly sunny dispositions. Yeah I'm a cranky old man. I hate remodeling but if you're going to do it this is a good company to do it with."”

Each experience has left us with a deep appreciation for the work she does and how she does it. Patricia listens closely - she listens to the physical space of the project and she listens to the desires and needs of her clients. She engages in a collaborative dialogue at the outset of a project and continues the dialogue until the project is complete. She has an amazing sense of color, a wide range of knowledge about all kinds of materials (from lighting to flooring and everything in between) and she provides recommendations for high quality professionals and reliable contractors. She’s attentive to detail, to budget, to practical problem solving and to the aesthetics, flow and functionality of a space. Each project we’ve done with Patricia has exceeded our hopes and left us with living spaces we love to be in. We feel fortunate we were able to work with Patricia for the first time 22 years ago – after that initial experience we knew whenever we embarked upon another project she would be the only person we would call. Her work has added to our lives immeasurably.”
