We are extremely pleased with the quality of KCBR's work , and the professionalism of all of Anthony's staff. Anthony is tremendous at keeping great communication throughout the whole process. COVID-19 broke out during our kitchen reno and Anthony managed to safely get our project completed, despite the setback of the impacts the virus had on the situation. “We hired Joseph So's Solid Rock Custom Contstruction Company to refinish several hardwood floors in our house built in the 1920's including a Brazilian walnut parkay floor. He came in with a very reasonable bid to do the parkay floor, 15 steps to a second story, upstairs hallway and two bedrooms with closets. The job was done professionally and on time. They minimized dust, and cleaned up after. They also went beyond the normal in repairing some rough spots where hallway joined the bedroom. We were very happy and would highly recommend them!”

“We can wholeheartedly recommend Toni and Jerry with Clear Mind Design. They were on-time, knowledgable and competitively priced with our roof sag and framing issue at our duplex. We hired a structural engineer after our initial meeting with Toni and Jerry and were so happy to have the engineer recommend the same repairs and recommendations as Clear Mind Design. We were worried our tenants would be disturbed by the work, but they were so fast and clean we received no complaints! As a design professional, I love good design, and Tom’s team lived up to my high expectations. From the very beginning, Tom spent the time necessary to make us feel at home with each step of the remodel. He listened carefully, discussing our needs, providing design ideas and options, and promptly answering all of our questions. His estimate was realistic and he thoughtfully addressed every aspect of the project. Throughout both the kitchen and bath remodels, Tom and his team remained on-time and on-budget while keeping the workspace clean and organized. Respectful, trustworthy and good-natured, they all went the extra mile ensuring everything was done to our satisfaction. “Both bathrooms reconfigured & remodeled. Made handicapped capable. Contractor was honest, punctual and easy to work with. Advantage was the architectural background. He listened and the plan provided us with what we wanted. Would definately reccomend! He also did a kitchen addition in the past and it was the same experience.”

“We first decided what work was to be done and a contract was signed that was specific about the work so we both knew what to expect. The work requested was redo 2 bathrooms, replace front windows and back door and repair a shed. They began work when they stated they would and worked steady to finish on time. The workmen were considerate and told me what they were going to work on. I would hire them again without hesitation. I love the final result and pleased with the quality of the work.”
