“We used Breff for our initial design consultation for a restaurant and distillery in Hood River. Breff was great to work with. He was able to take the mandatory requirements I needed and creatively put them into play. Some designers we worked with had too many layers of ego to work through, not Breff. He could hear what we needed and put an architecturally creative spin on a blank idea. Unfortunately we didn't get to use him throughout the entire process as we were required to use a final architect and contractor, but I've seen Breff's work from start to finish and hope to work with him again on my own remodel.”

“Mike and his crew did a tear-down remodel of my small (8x10) galley kitchen in a 1926 bungalow. Kitchen was taken down to the studs, wall openings were widened, the works. I couldn't be happier with the results. He worked within my budget, has vast experience with construction, and is a good partner in getting through the construction process.”

“Charles Sholten assisted us in completing the design of our small home building project. He was very responsible and knowledgable with facts and permitting rules. He was constantly flexible with meetings and changes to the project, always holding a positive attitude and remaining patient and cheerful throughout the process. We enjoyed working with Charles very much and he certainly helped us stay within our budget. He worked professionally and courteously with others involved with the project, and even assisted with spontaneous support to the builder when needed . Without Charles we would not have been able to get this project underway.”

“Lorin at sustain is a delight to work with! She is so sweet and never pushy. I really respect this. I would definitely work with Sustain again. The only reason we have had to go elsewhere is because they are a little pricy, but this is expected from a small town business. The quality of customer service and product are definitely worth it if you can afford!”

“Grove Construction provided the very best services one could ask for a total home renovation--particularly since we did the renovations from across the country. Jarrad Kuhn and his wife devised a great plan to renovate the master bathroom and remove the disjointed corners in the bedroom accessing the master bath. Mr. Kuhn had helpful hints such as replacing our non code banister with metal railings instead of wood poles which would require painting in the future. He helped keep the original fireplace and give it a facelift with a new mantle and fireplace insert. The renovation took longer than we anticipated, but the result was totally worth the wait.”
