I chose to invest in a new system, from that moment on, Rinaldis was very efficient , answered all my many questions and were a step ahead of every phase of the installation. The installers were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing and worked diligently through out the process, not even letting the rain stop them. A Rinaldi field inspector came on site overseeing the job, asking me personally, if I had concerns or questions. Then another follow up to finalize and again check the install and fine tune. My system, having new features I had to get used to and some needing adjusting by them, they never hesitated to send someone out immediately to address the issues. There was never any pressure to make a sale, they were honest and up front with their proposals. Always making me feel like I was their priority. They were here when they said they would be, and the office staff were pleasant, regardless of how many time I called. It is very apparent that they make customer service as important as the efficiency of their work. I have a great new system and a team of a great AC company that will be there for me. I couldn't ask for more from a business. I can only say that I would have liked to have seen a referral like this when I was looking for an AC company.”
