“I respect contractors that do what they say and when. The owner/operator Shannon did the work as quoted. They replaced the inside and outside units for a mismatched system that was put in when the home was built. A new 2 ton heat pump and matching air handler were installed, as well as a new trunk line and updated circuit breakers. There were no unexpected surprises or costs, they were respectful and cleaned up their work. I would highly recommend Air Tech for anyone with HVAC needs.”

“My compresser wasn't coming on my heat pump. This was the first time I had used this company. With this being a compresser problem I expected the worse. The man that came out was very experienced. He worked only part time since he was retired. He repaired my unit and it only needed a switch. The only issue I had was that they were suppose to bill me and just like everyone else as time went by I forgot about not getting an invoice from them. I received an invoice about a year later. They told me that they had sent out a bill about a month after the service but if they did i didn't get it but in any case they still waited a year to notify me again. This was really their lost but I like to pay my bills on time. Repair date was Spring early Summer of 2012”
