She has designed and decorated my homes in New York and Florida, and my law offices in New York and Florida as well. Tara is extraordinarily talented. As you may know she is an artist who brings all of her incredible abilities to the decorative world. She creates a unique living and working space that brings much happiness and enjoyment. More than anything else, Tara creates livable and workable space that exudes positive energy. It is a special joy to work with her. I also want to emphasize that Tara's approach is iterative and collaborative. I never felt that she was trying to dictate design or creative ideas. Douglas saved me - he assessed what i had - a lot of mid century furniture - and used it as the backbone to unify our rooms into sleek, contemporary spaces that were both family friendly and appropriate for our 100 year old house.. Moreover, he worked with my crazy schedule - i literally had no time whatsoever to focus on my house. Ten years later it still looks fresh because his choices were never hackneyed or trite.
