Loved working with Hedy on my kitchen remodel. She combines excellent customer service with innovative design, attention to detail and expert knowledge of functional kitchen design.

Hedy was fantastic! She had great ideas and made our family room so homey yet sophisticated. The best thing she did was create a new seating area, which expanded our space. She also has a very friendly yet professional attitude. We loved working with her.

Hedy designed and drew plans for the complete remodel of one bathroom and the partial remodel of another. She was willing to respect whatever budgetary limits we had, and made so many great suggestions for every aspect of the project, from overall design to paint, tile, fixtures, etc. Hedy was comfortable doing a little or a lot of the running around to vendors - sometimes we went with her to a vendor (after she had narrowed choices), other times she brought samples to us. The ultimate look of both rooms was wonderful and she never suggested something that did not work. Our contractor, who had worked with Hedy previously, commented that her drawings are always easy to follow,which inspired confidence and proved to be accurate as everything fit! Hedy also checked on the work in progress and got on very well with the contractor, painters, tile people, carpet vendor and installer, other vendors, etc. Although Hedy is soft-spoken, we believe that her way of dealing with everyone on the project made things go relatively smoothly; when things didn't go smoothly, she was right on it! We could not be more pleased with Hedy and the results.

We recently hired Hedy to design our kitchen remodel. I was attracted to her profile based on her interest in space planning as the current kitchen layout had wasted space that i wanted to make the most out of in the kitchen remodel. She measured and drew our current floor plan and then developed our remodel plan. Hedy met with us numerous times and provided various layouts for us to discuss and build upon. She was a pleasure to work with, very communicative during the process and further offered to attend during the contractor interview process. Hedy's #1 priority is making the client happy. She is incredibly passionate about her job and it shows. I recommend hiring Hedy Rogers to assist in your remodeling and/or design needs.

I feel so fortunate to have met Hedy Rogers at a time when I was contemplating updating my kitchen and a bathroom in my 88 year old house. As a CKD she has such a wealth of knowledge, resources and experience when taking on remodeling projects. Her drawings of each area were so professional, and showed her accuracy and thoroughness in perceiving the end result desired for my projects. I also appreciated her concern for updating my home and still maintaining the integrity of an older house. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking for a well qualified, professional kitchen and bath designer, or in need of a good space planner. She has a really good eye for tackling these types of projects!

The quality of Hedy's work is exceeded only by her commitment to her clients. I have worked with her in different contexts over many years. She is always thorough, detailed, patient, open to ideas, and yet clear in her recommendations. Her project documentation is free of errors and oversights because she completely absorbs the project she is working on and focuses clearly on the client's goals. For health reasons, we realized that we needed to live on one level in our house. (Our bedroom was upstairs over the garage). Hedy designed a roomy downstairs bedroom with large windows. We were pleased that she listened to our wishes and incorporated them into her design. We loved the high ceilings for our room. She used the current space by planning a door that would open onto our patio. She designed a bathroom for one who is handicapped with a walk in tub and also a cabinet that can be moved if wheel chair access would be needed. We were so happy with her original plans and were grateful for the way she followed through from beginning to end. We felt we had an advocate for our project as well as a new friend.

Hedy worked with us from inception to completion on our kitchen/bedroom/bathroom remodel and upgrade. She was very easy to work with, professional, and had a great eye for what would work and what wouldn't. She made the process easy and even consulted with our contractor to make sure things got done the way we wanted. While we had a general idea of what we wanted to do, she took that idea and expanded it to what we could not have imagined, with great ideas for layout, space saving, and practicalities. We would not hesitate to use Hedy again.

I recently suffered a water line break that damaged most of the interiors of my home. Hedy met with potential contractors with me, helping to assess their qualifications and fees. I was impressed with her knowledge of construction and materials. She also helped me choose new wood and tile flooring, carpeting, kitchen and bath finishes and lighting, making nice suggestions for a range of colors. I was pleased with the results.

I wanted a new look for my dated kitchen. I needed a new oven and that became the catalyst. Purchasing a built in appliance was much more tricky than I expected After about a half dozen trips to appliance stores and realizing I couldn't do this on my own, I got Hedy's name from a friend. I was impressed with the work Hedy had done in her kitchen, and my friend explained that Hedy takes on smaller jobs--I wasn't looking for a major remodel, and I didn't think a designer would give me the time I needed. It was the best referral I'd ever received. Hedy treated my smaller job like it was just as important as a major kitchen redesign. Hedy had made sales appointments in advance and took me to three appliance stores. We found an oven that was just right for me, but the cabinets needed adjusting to accommodate it. Hedy called contractors and made appointments to meet with them at my house. We consulted and the cabinets came out perfectly. The oven had some flaws. Hedy was right there, making calls and arrangements to to have the oven repaired and then replaced. She said to me, "My work isn't finished until you're satisfied." The new oven is amazing! It's a Viking, and I call it my kitchen warrior. Then she found someone who would stain and paint cabinets. He, too, was terrific. Hedy checked on the work as it was in progress. It came out warm and wonderful. It's pretty in the daytime. It's luxurious at night. You will find that Hedy is a great listener. A great advocate. Reasonably priced--you'll get one estimate and she sticks to it, even if the project has unexpected complications, as was the case with my oven. Principled. Talented. Diligent. I wish all construction projects could be so delightful and end so well! I recommend Hedy Rogers enthusiastically.
