“Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”

I wanted to relocate the tub/shower in our bathroom, and they were the only contractor who didn't try to discourage me with cautionary tales of holes in the basement ceiling, huge additional costs, etc. They succeeded with no problem whatsoever. We had to make a few last minute design decisions after the space was gutted; while my solution was a new one to them, they were respectful of my decision and appreciative of the result! The workmen were very professional, completing the job on time with beautiful results. Their showroom offers materials in a broad range of prices and their designers are helpful and knowledgeable. They had no problem when we wanted to bring in furnishings from other vendors, even offering to pick them up from the point of sale. They have a 3 year warranty and have been back once to correct a problem which arose after the job was complete. They're great!”

“I highly recommend Suby Contracting. It is extremely difficult to find a quality contractor for your home and we were lucky to find Morgan Suby. I recently had a leak in my master bathroom which made its way through the ceiling of my living room below. Morgan assessed the damage and provided an estimate for the repairs. A 3' x 3' square was cut from the ceiling, patched and the entire 2000 sq ft ceiling repainted. You can not see a single seam or mark from the original damage or from the repairs. He removed every high hat from the ceiling to paint under them and covered every surface, keeping the work area clean. It looks brand new! After seeing his work, attention to detail, and professionalism, we wanted him to work on the bathroom above. He was clear in providing quotes and his availability. He also took time to detail repairs for my homeowner's insurance for the damage caused by the original leak. Since the job would take several weeks, we gave him access to the house while we were at work. Every day the work area was contained and cleaned. We broadened the scope of the job (well beyond the water damage) and it became a complete bathroom remodel down to the floor joists and the studs of the shower. Now we love our marble bathroom and roomy glass-enclosed shower. Morgan has great attention to detail, does quality work without shortcuts and is personally considerate of living space. He worked with us recommending selections, along with Vicki at Birdsall, and the dream picture I had saved from Houzz.com became our new bathroom. Morgan held his price from start to finish. Naturally, as with any home project, we added things for extra cost and he worked those unplanned items into the schedule.
