“Two years ago, Sanza Homes completed a full renovation of our house, including the main and second floors. And I have intentionally waited before writing this review to ensure the workmanship and finishes held up over time prior to sharing my thoughts. Overall, their excellent work continues to impress and I remain very happy to have worked with them on this project!! As for the team, Sep and Saeed are amazing professionals who genuinely care about keeping their clients happy and delivering high-quality results. What continues to stand out for me is their ability to provide thoughtful options around every decision. Whether we needed to reinforce joists, update a design element, or bring in an unexpected subcontractor, they always had a clear point of view and explained the implications of each option. This approach helped us make good decisions, and there was never an issue they hadn’t seen before or couldn’t navigate. Based on this, they remain one of the most knowledgeable and capable teams we have ever worked with, and I recommend them with complete confidence. As for the finished product, rather than me describing everything, I’ve included some pictures that speak for themselves. Everything has held up beautifully since the work was completed in mid-2024, and we are so happy to come home to their beautiful work every day. And when a small issue has come up, it has always been handled with a quick phone call to either of them. Great work and great service! “A truly exceptional experience with Eurodale Developments! We recently completed a full gut renovation of our downtown Toronto loft with Eurodale Developments, and the result exceeded every expectation.
