“Julie Graf was the designer for a full remodel of the kitchen in an older home we purchased. We are serious about food and cooking, so the kitchen had to be highly functional; in addition, we are serious about preserving the "feel" of our Victorian-era house, so the design had to take that into consideration. Julie understood those needs and created a design that perfectly blended functionality and beauty while remaining true to the overall feel of the house. She spent a good deal of time talking to us to get a deep understanding of what we wanted, consulted with us frequently to make sure we were all on the same page, and oversaw the work to make sure it was done right. Her sense of color and form helped make our kitchen virtually a showplace. People walking into the room for the first time often say things like "I want this kitchen!" The room is oddly shaped, but she created ample storage space, ample counter space, and extensive pantry-space, while maintaining a sense of spaciousness and allowing easy traffic flow. She combines brilliant technical knowledge, the ability to talk to and understand her clients, and a great aesthetic sense--exactly what you would want in a designer.”

“Last year, after living with a 1950's style kitchen for over 20 years, my husband and I decided to take the big step to TOTAL kitchen remodel. This also included removal of a wall for a more open space. We chose Buchannan Kitchen and Bath, in particular, Megan Keating, after hearing positive reviews from several of their previous customers. Meg guided us through every step and was only a phone call away for any questions or concerns that we had. From the kitchen cupboards to appliances, from countertop to flooring, Meg and Topper Buchannan guided us step by step. We never felt rushed or pushed into making decisions. I am a very indecisive person and often second guess myself. I am also a visual person and need to see what I am getting before making decisions. Meg was able to give us answers to all questions and alleviate any anxieties that we may have had. She always went out of her way to meet us at our home or at Buchannan Kitchen and Bath's showroom and even made arrangements for us to visit several of her previous customer's homes so that we could see firsthand other kitchen designs and other's kitchens that had the same designs that we were thinking of choosing. Meg Keating is very knowledgeable and has great ideas. She is very easy to work with. We love our new kitchen and can't believe that we waited so long to remodel.”

“Creative Kitchens has done several projects for us over the past year and a half. They redesigned our kitchen, put new hardwood flooring on our ground floor, installed new windows throughout our home, and remodeled our master bathroom. The quotes were accurate, the work was done in a timely manner, the craftsmanship was outstanding, and the guys performing the work were all top notch. Mary Jane and George really know what they are doing. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.”

“Erin came to our house to re-design and re-configure the layout of the kitchen. She did an amazing job of utilizing all the space while listening to my needs and wants. She also came in on budget and in a timely manner, She responded to all my calls; even what might seem like unimportant questions to others but crossed my mind. “Brandi, the designer we worked with, was great. She was very flexible in meeting with us in the evenings or on the weekends. She really listened to what we wanted and tuned in to our style. Lowes has a great variety if options but when we found what we wanted at a competitor it was not a big deal. We are looking forward to working with Brandi again in a few years when it is time to remodel the second bathroom and kitchen.”
