“When we bought our new home, I was so disappointed in my wood floors. They were so dark and the color completely didn't go with my decor or cabinets. I didn't think anything could be done and I was beside myself. My builder and my husband both said they are 3/8:" wood floors and could not be sanded down. I thought there was nothing to be done. But then, somehow I heard of Kenny Nix...and I am so glad. He wasn't sure he could help me, but he knew how desparate I was. So, he took on the job of sanding down the floors, lightening them and putting new poly on. They look beautiful! My friends would now like to have their floor done. He was so professional, thorough and tidy. A pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend calling Kenny.”

“I have used the Kitchen Design Center for two projects. The first was a partial renovation of my kitchen, which was accomplished while I was absent. KDC not only completed the project in an excellent fashion, but acted as coordinator for the installation of carpet and painting which was done by companies I hired separately. The second project was to replace and upgrade the master bathroom vanity and countertop. I was extremely pleased with the individuals who did the work as well as the quality of the cabinets. Both projects were completed on time and within my budget.”

“Dawn has done several designs at my home and I have been exceptionally pleased with her work. My husband is quite picky and she completely satisfied him. She has professional subcontractors for any job required and is on site everyday. Dawn is easy to work with and I love her taste. Dawn recently finished a complete master bath and closet update and I feel like I live in a beautiful hotel!”
