“We have used Landscape Concepts continuously since 2012 for landscape services, mowing and routine maintenance and clean up. They are really good at minimizing any disturbance of surrounding plants when they are working. They keep our property looking as good as it can be. Their crews are excellent: thorough, efficient, respectful and responsive. Their clean up after working is always really great. They have planted, transplanted, and removed trees, bushes and other plantings at my exact direction (I'm very hands-on). While the cost to guarantee their plantings is high (60% of the cost of the plant material) it is the industry standard and Dale honors his guarantee with no-cost replacement. They do excellent hard-scaping (stone walls, brick and paver patios, etc). They are usually pretty prompt, but some seasons are pretty busy, so give yourself some lead time if you have a hard deadline. Dale is very knowledgeable, responsive, accessible and easy to coordinate with. I find a lack of continuity with landscape architects on staff, so it is helpful for you to have an idea of what you like or want when it comes to designing a space. I always keep a project plan with detailed notes and make progress updates. Credit card payment is not accepted.”

“Aaron and his crew at Greener Side designed and implemented a renovation of our backyard. He worked patiently with us to get the look we had envisioned while making recommendations for plants and placement of plantings. To correct a water problem he installed a beautiful stacked stone wall and a slate walk area leading to the yard. GIven the obvious weather restrictions our project went smoothly. Aaron also had the contractors needed when we decided to fence in the yard, build a shed, and install an irrigation system. We feel comfortable knowing that anything that needs adjusting will be done so happily. An obvious plus is Aaron's character and integrity. I highly recommend The Greener Side Lawn and Landscaping!”

“MLA was hired to completely re-do our back yard in our Capitol Hill row house. They did a wonderful job. They were prompt, courteous, and provided thoughtful and creative concepts. They followed through with meticulous drawings, recommended contractors, and provided supervisory service when necessary. Highly recommended!”

“The work was great! Their price was very much in line with other pool companies. They are a very good company. They were here when they were supposed to be here. We worked closely with Austin. He explained everything very well to us. If Austin was not on site, there was always a project manager on site that had great communication with Austin. They completed the work in about two weeks. We did have a couple of problems, but they came right back and fixed them. They ensure that their customers are satisfied. I would definitely use them again.”

“We hired Northview Design to provide designs for our backyard which needed a total transformation. We were given 3 designs for the backyard and a design for the front yard. We absolutely loved the concepts and opted to do both the front and back. We were thrilled with the quality of the workmanship of our new flagstone patio,stone retaining wall, outdoor stone fireplace and new wooden deck. The stone walkway and new driveway added style to the front of our house. We even won a City Beautification Award! The designer was very present and attentive during the project and her contractors and installers were wonderful-on time and maintained a high level of professionalism. The company stayed on budget and completed the project in a timely fashion.We had an outstanding experience.”
