“The Pattie Group has taken care of our property for the past 8 years, 3 of which we were not living in the home. We trusted them with everything even when we were not there and relied on them for many extra services , ie watching the home, letting people in for work, etc. Not only did they take impeccable care of the gutters, water fall, sprinkler system, grounds, gardens, tennis court, etc. but they were very efficient. The home was a garden showcase and I could not provide a higher recommendation for The Pattie Group. they truly delivered on their reputation as the premier landscape provider in the Chagrin Valley. Their service and communication was excellent. Their workers and staff were always polite, always took the extra step and made us feel as if they were a partner in maintaining the home. Their landscape style was very natural, even trimming shrubs, etc in a more sophisticated way than the norm. than other landscapers.”

“Cloonan Design Services provided a turnkey job to add a new 2 car garage with an outdoor kitchen and entertainment area, and completely new landscaping in our back yard area. They provided the design and blueprints for the completed construction. They took the blueprints to our area zoning board for approval. All the contractors chosen for this improvement were highly skilled and diligent in their workmanship. Cloonan Design Services provided a detailed estimate that was fair and just and with the high quality materials.The job was completed on time and on budget. I would highly recommend their services for any future construction or remodeling.”

“After tolerating an embarrassing backyard I for over ten years, I called on Leslie to rescue me before hosting a significant family event. I had a two-fold goal, give me a plan over stages and make the first stage possible in less than four weeks. Leslie delivered on both counts. She pulled out her paint cans and flags to help me invision what we could do, took photos of the current state, and respectfully educated me on her process. The beds went from barren to lush because we finally knew what would work, saving us time and money by avoiding trial and error. Our party was a success with many compliments on the transformation and we have a game plan for this year. “I used Turf World way back in 1995 to pour a long colored stamped concrete walkway in Brecksville for us. We did the deck & porch work and they did the concrete work. We had a tight deadline on this job, so by teaming up with Turf World I made my deadline on completing the job, by its completion date. The Webers were very happy with all we accompolished for them.”

“I went there to ask about some suggestions for plantings in certain areas around my home. Also, asked about how to nurse a few plants back to health. They were extremely informative and helpful. They have a wonderful selection of plants and trees to choose from. They also offer landscaping services which is a great option for those people who do not have the time to take care of their own landscaping needs. I have seen what a terrific job they do at several of my clients homes.”

“McCue Design Group redid our entire backyard - from design to project management. We had an existing pool with a small, stamped concrete deck around it, and were looking to create an outdoor space to use and host all summer. The project was complicated by a sloping backyard, requiring multiple levels of patio and drainage. Initially, we hired the firm just to do drawings, not planning to pay a project manager. In addition to hearing us out on what we wanted and matching it perfectly in the design, they also added things that we didn't originally ask for but now couldn't be happier with (a pavilion, a grassy area behind the pool diving board, etc.). Once we iterated on the plans - no small feat given all the decisions on materials (all of which McCue facilitated) - we ultimately decided to hire them to project manage as well. We debated that decision, but are thrilled we made it. They coordinated all the service providers (electricians, landscapers, plumbers, masons, carpenters), got multiple quotes for each piece, and served as a knowledgeable litmus test on what was reasonable in terms of scope and cost for each subcontractor. Additionally, they stayed on top of everyone and made sure the project finished in the allotted time, actually finishing well ahead of schedule. This was a large, ambitious, expensive project, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome and the services provided by Jodi and Matt at McCue Design Group!”
