“I have hired A&E Construction for both large and small projects multiple times over the past 8 years and without any hesitation, give them the highest recommendation possible. The owner of the company, Greg Fontaine, is experienced, knowledgeable, honest and reliable. Projects were always done on time and on budget and if for some reason, the schedule needs to change, Greg does an excellent job communicating the reasons. Before working with A&E, we hired many contractors over the years, and no one ever compared in terms of quality of work combined with reliability and trustworthiness. Another thing we've really appreciated about working with Greg is his ability to provide us with options and ideas if we needed to scale back on a project. Two of the larger projects Greg did for us were finishing our basement and building a poolhouse. Greg was very cognizant that we did not have an unlimited budget and worked with us to make sure we got the most for our money. Greg also does an excellent job hiring talented and reliable people that I am always comfortable having in my home. Additionally, they are very neat and always clean up after themselves at the end of each day. Lastly, and most importantly, Greg really cares about his customers and goes above and beyond what's expected to make sure they are 100% satisfied. I can't say enough good things about him and A&E!! If you hire them, you won't be disappointed.”

“I hired All Inclusive Construction for three reasons: to fix the disconnected sump pump hose from under the deck that continued to cycle water back into the basement and would eventually burn out the sump pump, to replant landscaping that was incorrectly planted, and to clean out an estate home that was a total disaster. In each instance, All Inclusive Construction arrived timely, was knowledgeable, capable, finished the job on time, cleaned up, and was true to the quoted estimate. In addition, All Inclusive Construction was professional, patient, and friendly. Two thumbs up!”

When we first spoke with Emily, we knew right away she would be someone to help make this massive transformation, a joy, rather than burden. From start to finish, Emily was incredible, patiently listening to our visions for the house, curating designs, textures, colors, and pieces, all based on observing and understanding our own styles. The finished result - a house, a home, that is exactly as we had envisioned, making better use of the space, while still keeping the original charm of this house. Emily was spot on with her eye…. “We had Brendan renovate a 3rd floor bathroom and we are truly thrilled with the results. We really enjoyed working with him, as well as the contractors he brought in for electrical, plumbing, tiling, etc. Part of the project involved installing a mini-split air system, which he worked into the project very well. Whenever we brought some crazy ideas to him, he worked with us to come up with practical solutions and turned a pretty out-dated and poorly designed space into something that we really love. I have included some before and after photos below.”

“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”
