“When we bought our forever home, we knew the kitchen was lacking the love the rest of the home and property had. We didn’t know how to begin to make this our space…how do we do this? How much will it cost? What does our space look like anyway? Then, with a phone call and recommendation, we were sent to Chris. Best decision EVER! He was so patient with us and helped us find out just what would make us happy in our space. And he was right! His guidance and suggestions made this project tolerable, his caring about others and loving what he does helped make our new kitchen be the warm gathering place we dreamed it to be.”

Duane Johns and Roger Ketchum of Advanced Renovations made this complicated project a breeze for the homeowners and the subcontractors alike. This is no easy task, and signifies the level of professionalism that is not easily found. Their knowledge of their profession is remarkable. I would not only enjoy working with them in the future, but I would hire them myself. “I hired Joe Roberts and Associates to do some much needed outside repairs, solve a major drainage problem, and create a patio and retaining wall to expand our outdoor living space. I am delighted with the results! Water drainage is no longer a problem, thanks to some very creative and attractive solutions. New chimneys were rebuilt to match existing brickwork. A crumbling retaining wall and outdated patio was reconfigured and has become our favorite place to enjoy the family. Joe listened to what I wanted and then worked out a design that was beyond my expectations, all with attention to details that I love. All work was handled professionally and promptly by Joe and his team.”

“I was building a garage and needed a drawing for the county to approve my building permit. Steve was very helpful and understanding as I was trying to get things updated quickly to get the permit. Steve was able to make all the updates needed quickly and make it look exactly how I wanted for the county to approve the building permit. Very easy to work with, on time and within budget. Steve was fantastic, in fact I am planning on using him again for anther project I hope to put in later this fall or early next year.”
