Brian prepared a proposal which looked fantastic and we decided to go with it. Brian personally handled every aspect of the project with his excellent team. He was always prompt to return phone calls and reply to emails, was always courteous, patient, and enthusiastic about the project. He was extremely professional throughout. Most importantly, in our case, we needed a very (seemingly impossible) turnaround, so that the property could be put on the market at the optimum time. Brian came through, and delivered on every aspect of the plan, with a beautiful result and no unexpected increases int eh budget. “We hired Leonardo Construction to do a major kitchen and family room remodel in our home. We chose Leonardo because of their attention to detail, transparency and daily/weekly communication. Our project lasted 5 months and we lived in the home with our 3 young children during this time (pregnant with the 4th). Tiziano (owner) couldn’t have been more respectful of our home - everything was safeguarded so the kids could play safely while in a construction zone. Tiziano was on our job site daily ensuring everything was moving smoothly and on schedule. He managed his subcontractors very well and he worked side by side with our architect and interior designer! We would highly recommend Leonardo Construction as a contractor! We completed our project about 19 months ago and we are still very good friends with Tiziano and team...that says a lot!”

The custom desk was built and sectioned off so that it would accommodate four people at our desired height. Not only did Craig install keyboard trays and drill holes for wires, but he gave special attention to detail on the woodwork for stability. “I had JJ&T build a redwood deck and set up electrical connections to a new hot tub. While doing this work they did other electrical work needed in my aging home, including upgrading the circuit breakers. The quality of work on the deck was excellent.
